Canyon Jagnilo and cave korkan

         Tourist tour: Jagnilo Canyon and Korkan Cave

An adventure that includes a tour of the spectacular Jagnjilo river canyon and the grandiose and inaccessible Korkan cave

Place of departure: Majdanpek or the village of Jasikovo (on the 20th kilometer of the road between Majdanpek and Žagubica)

Direction of movement: American – Jagina - Jagnjila canyon – Korkan cave - Jagnjila canyon

Total length of the trail: about 12 kilometers (about 6 hours of walking).

The river Jagnjilo rises in the place of Bigar and in its lower part forms a specific, very narrow canyon and a series of smaller waterfalls. 

Passing through the Jagnjila canyon is a superb tourist experience that requires courage and an adventurous spirit.

In the first part of the canyon, there is the Korkan cave, accessible only to rare people. The cave is tens of meters high. It is hundreds of meters long. 

It is special because of its grandiosity and specific sparkling golden vault.

IMPORTANT NOTE: It is recommended that tour participants bring footwear that allows them to move through water. It is preferable that all things that can get wet - be packed in waterproof backpacks or plastic bags.

Price for hiring a tourist guide is 100,00 EUR (this is the total price for a group of up to 4 people).
